In 2007, Mark Sokoli and his family moved to the US from Albania, where Mark and his wife had been professors.
From 2007 to 2009, Mark worked for a painting contractor, gaining valuable experience and loyal, local customers.
Mark decided to start his own painting business with his sons: Klodian (“Klod”), Edmond, and Rik. And so, in 2009, Alba Painting and Coatings was born.
Alba Painting and Coatings grew as satisfied customers recommended us to new clients. Our team earned new certifications and expanded into new areas of expertise. (Our name even changed from Alba Pro Painting to Alba Painting and Coatings to reflect our team’s new experience and training.)
Alba Painting and Coatings continues to be family owned and operated. Mark is still the owner, and his sons are putting their degrees in construction and business to good use.
